Overview
A 2.5-day experience where families and founders listen, reflect, and envision together. We move from pain points to prototypes, co-designing school models and technologies in real time. Expect deep facilitation that surfaces specific challenges and leads to enduring founder–family coalitions.
Project Upstream is a venture-engine, co-created with Stand Together, designed to bring principled entrepreneurship and help launch+fund+scale the next generation of school networks. This was the inaugural event, held in Fort Lauderdale in February 2026.
