Our Day-of Coordination service ensures that setup, logistics, and execution are handled seamlessly, so you can focus on the experience instead of managing the moving pieces. One of our experienced Event Planners will be on-site to oversee every detail, keeping everything on track, troubleshooting issues, and making sure your event unfolds exactly as planned.

Even the most well-planned events come with unexpected challenges. Vendors run late, last-minute changes happen, and small details can slip through the cracks. With a professional on-site, you can be confident that every element, big or small, is taken care of.

    A full quote is where we spend 30 mins with you on a call exploring the full details of your event and give you an exact quote. Next steps after approving the quote would be moving to contract stage
