Given accelerating AI advancements and new possibilities in metascience, what foundational capabilities and strategic initiatives should we prioritize and build now?

  • Infrastructure for post-scarcity technologies

About Convergent Research

Convergent Research is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

We help incubate, find philanthropic donors for, and launch FROs. We also provide FROs with operational support throughout their duration.

Our team comprises scientists and technical experts with combined experience at MIT, Caltech, Neuralink, DeepMind, Amazon, Oxford, Harvard, and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.

The Sea Ranch Lodge, set in Sonoma County on 53 acres of dramatic Northern California coastline, built in 1968 and one of the oldest buildings in The Sea Ranch. Intimate guest rooms for a quiet, coastal escape that inspires guests to respond to – and live in harmony with – the natural elements.

  • Each guest will have their own room, either directly on Sea Ranch Lodge or within a ten minute drive. Shuttles will be provided. 

  • The closest airport to The Sea Ranch Lodge is the Charles M. Schulz - Sonoma County Airport (STS). It's located approximately 35 miles southeast of the lodge. Other nearby airports include San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Oakland International Airport (OAK), which are about 92 and 93 miles away, respectively.
